Azentek - Azentek to Seek Public Listing

I googled Azentek and it gave me the above information and then when I clicked on it it says I do not have access to this information??

Could someone fill me in or guide me if I need to register or do something that I am missing.

Thanks

So does anyone have an answer?

Anybody interested in having a conversation? This site is amazing. It would be nice to talk with others that are also interested in Azentek. Thanks

Kansas,

Sorry to see that no one responded to your earlier inquiry re: the inaccessible link. I've been following this product and it looks really interesting. Big news out of CES, let's see if they can build on it and get something to market that catches on. To me one of the best freatures is the diagnostic interface with the auto's firmware. It gives the car owner a little control back that has been lost with the high tech features. I'd like more info on this and to know how extensive it connects with the cars internal control boards.

I thought I saw this system the other day when I was watching a commercial on TV. I wonder if an Azentek by any other name is still an Azentek?

The woman on the commercial showed the outside of the car, but spent the rest of the commercial highlighting the cool in dash system!

Interesting.

Hi Kansas,

Sorry for the delay in replying to your post. We just got back from CES and have been extremely busy!

To answer your question, Azentek at one point was planning to merge with another company and publicly trade on the London Stock Exchange. Unfortunately, the deal fell through and it doesn't look like that will happen at this point - so we pulled the articles referencing it.

Azentek is and always has been a privately funded company based in Grand Blanc, Michigan. For any questions regarding this, feel free to e-mail me at pmuller@azentek.com.

Thanks!
